The Challenge

Stride Commercial Real Estate was founded with a clear mission: to bring relationships back to the forefront of Nashville’s brokerage landscape.


Founder Matt Cooper, CCIM, set out to build a firm where brokers and clients move in-step — not just transact. To support that vision, Stride needed a brand that could establish credibility quickly, stand out in a saturated CRE market, and reflect both their relational approach and deep industry expertise.

We developed a strategic Brand Plan that became the foundation for a fully custom identity system designed to position Stride as both relational and deeply credible from day one.
